Annotation: While the article had some very fine insights into sexual abuse one must realize that there is vey little scientific evidence to back up the statements. Stories recounting instances of sexual abuse are rarely forgotten and are littered in the article. The author, Rosie Waterhouse, states no credentials and there is an advertisement for the next weeks New Statesman which is not exactly a scientific journal. While amusing at times there is very little useful information.
